Led by its owner who is a Korean with deep passion for healthy food and nourishing flavors, his vision is to share the true joy of Korean dining with Filipinos by creating dishes that stay authentic to their roots yet still feel welcoming and appealing to the local palate.  The head chef’s journey adds another layer to the brand’s background. Having started her culinary career in 2010 at one of the pioneer authentic Korean grill restaurants in the Philippines, she learned firsthand the techniques, traditions, and discipline that define genuine Korean cooking.
